3. Educational Services
The Crescent College provides educational tutoring and admissions consultancy services. Admissions decisions are made solely by the relevant universities.
All advice and materials are provided for educational purposes and should not be treated as a guarantee of any particular result.
4. Booking and Payment
- Payment is due at the time of booking for individual sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Packages and programmes may be paid in instalments as set out at the time of purchase
- All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
- We reserve the right to adjust our prices; any changes will not affect sessions or packages already purchased
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Individual sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, will be charged in full
- The Complete Programme and multi-session packages include a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, during which you may cancel for a full refund of any unused sessions, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
- After the cooling-off period, unused sessions within packages are non-refundable but may be rescheduled
6. Students Under 18
Many of our students are under 18. Where a student is under 18, the parent or guardian who books and pays for services is the contracting party and is responsible for the obligations under these terms. We require parental or guardian consent before providing services to students under 16.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and all materials provided as part of our services (including but not limited to worksheets, slides, guides, and recorded sessions) are the intellectual property of The Crescent College and are protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, upload, or make available any of our materials to any third party without our prior written consent. Materials are licensed for your personal educational use only.
8. Social Media Content
We publish educational content on social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute personalised admissions advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for our professional consultancy services.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content policies of third-party social media platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
